Argentina will have a team in Europe the Automobile Club Argentino. As in the old days with Carlos Reutemann Benedict Caldarella and Carlos Ruesch in the old European F2 at the beginning of the decade of `70, this time will Martín Basso, José María López, Gastón Mazzacane and Esteban Tuero the members of this new challenge, who will drive a Ferrari 550 Maranello in the FIA GT.

also worth mentioning the presence of another Argentine team in GT2: the Advanced Engineering Pecom Racing Team, in which Luis Perez Companc and Matias Russo share driving a Ferrari 430.
